Saxony Animal Disease Act Implementation Law.

The present Law implements the Federal Animal Health Act of 22 May 2013 (BGBl. I p. 1324). Article 1 establishes that the State Ministry competent for social affairs is responsible for the correct application of the above-mentioned Law. The text deals, inter alia, with the following matters: competent authorities, Animal Disease Fund, official veterinary, administration, advisory boards, financing, Animal Health Service, costs and fees, and entry into force. The text consists of 34 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Competences and tasks (1); Animal Disease Fund (2); Final provisions (3).
