Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the consolidated Chemical Charges Ordinance of 1 July 2002 (BGBl. I p 2442). In particular, the Ordinance amends articles 1 dealing with fees charged for the issue of an authorization by the Robert Koch Insitute. Furthermore, it adds some items to the Annex concerning the amount of fees to be paid for the authorization of hazardous substances. The text consists of 2 articles.
