Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance in its consolidated version of 13 June 2003 (BGBl. I . p. 867).In particular, the Ordinance amends article 3 dealing with the identity of the purchaser of hazardous substances. Moreover, the Ordinance adds some minor amendments to articles 4 and 7. The text consists of 2 articles.
