Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act-Fees Ordinance of 20 October 2015. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 2 changing the date “1 January 2016” to 1 January 2017. Moreover, some items of the Annex listing the amount of fees to be paid by producersare amended. The text consists of 2 articles.
