Second Ordinance amending the Fowl Pest Ordinance.

The present Ordinance introduces substantial amendments to the Fowl Pest Ordinance in its version of 8 May 2013. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 7 dealing with poultry exhibition and poultry markets; adds an paragraph 5 to article 19 dealing with risk assessment in case of pigeons; article 32a laying down provisions concerning the power of competent authorities. Furthermore, Annex I, number 1 to 4 concerning large chickens, pies, geese and ducks is amended.
