Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Maximum Mycotoxine Content Ordinance of 2 June 1999 (BGBl. I, p. 1248). In particular, it amends article 4 concerning official control of ochratoxin-A contents in or on foodstuff as laid down in Annex 2. Furthermore, a new paragraph 5 is added concerning official control of fusarientoxin in or on foodstuff as laid down in Annex 2. In Annex 1, item no. 4 “Ochratoxin A” is reworded; also in Annex 2 the same position is reworded. The present Ordinance amends also the Maximum Residue Limits Ordinance of 2 June 1999 (BGBl. I, p. 1248). In particular, it amends article 2 concerning values of maximum contents for certain contaminants in foodstuff; and article 3 dealing with official control for benzolapyren in and on foodstuff.
