Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Nature Protected Area Navigation Ordinance of 8 December 1987 (BGBl. I p. 2538). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 4 dealing with maximum speed on federal water ways; and article 7 concerning penalties. The text consists of 2 articles.
