Abstract
The present Ordinance amends the Ordinance on the use of plant protection substances of 10 November 1992 (BGBl. I, p. 1887). The amendments are as follows: in Annex 1 number 39a is repealed; in Annex 2, numbers 4 and 5 are amended, and a number 7 is added; and, finally, in Annex 3, Part A a number 2a (Diuron) is added .
