Abstract
Article 1 of the present Ordinance amends the Ordinance on the protection against blue tongue disease of 22 March 2002 (BGBl. I p. 1241). In particular, the Ordinance repeals article 6b; rewords article 7 dealing with competent authorities.
Article 2 introduces some amendments to the EU Bluetongue Control Implementing Ordinance in its version of 24 September 2008 (BGBl. I p. 1905). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 2 on «Monitoring programmes, surveillance programmes»; repeals article 3; amends article 4a on «Wildlife investigation, extensive measures». The text consists of 4 articles.
Article 3 of the Ordinance introduces some small amendments to the Fruit Juice Ordinance of 24 May 2004 (BGBl. I p. 1016).
