Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Plant Protection Fees Ordinance of 5 October 1998 (BGBl. I p. 3140). In particular a number 3 dealing with inspection and assessment of plant protection substances is added to article 4. Moreover, Annex 2 is amended. The text consists of 3 articles.
