Abstract
Part 1 contains the amendment of the Fertilizers Ordinance of 9 July 1991 (BGBl. I p. 1450). Article 1 dealing with authorization of fertilizers, as well as quality requirements for fertilizers, shall be substituted. Part 2 amends the Fertilizers Ordinance of 26 January 1996 (BGBl. I p. 118). In particular, article 3 dealing with special guidelines for the use of fertilizers of animal origin shall be replaced. The Ordinance consists of 4 articles.
