Seed Conservation Mixture Ordinance (ErMiV).

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the marketing of planting material of certain conservation mixtures contributing directly to the preservation of the natural environment. Article 7 verifies that packages or containers of seed from conservation mixtures are to be closed and secured by the person who marked them. The Ordinance defines the criteria for approval, production, and labeling of conservation seed mixtures, specifying their origin, composition, and permitted collection areas.
