Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Plant Inspection Ordinance of 9 March 2005 (BGBl. I p. 734). In particular, it adds article 1c dealing with the application for authorization to market a plant protection product. Furthermore, the present Ordinance amends the Annexe of the Plant Protection Fees Ordinance of 9 March 2005 (BGBl. I p. 744). The text consists of 4 articles.
