Special Agricultural Assets Act (LwSVG).

This Act provides for grant of financial support and loan for the development of agriculture and farming in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The document establishes guidelines for the allocation of low-interest loans to support the initiation and advancement of family-owned farming ventures, the leasing of land for the establishment of livestock production farms, the adoption of eco-friendly agricultural practices, the cultivation of renewable resources, the integration of technological innovations in farming, and the encouragement of investments to counterbalance inherent agricultural challenges.
