The present Ordinance implements article 13a of the Bavarian Soil Protection Law according to which the State Ministry of the Environment, Health and Consumer Protection establishes and manages as of 1 January 2006 a special Fund for measues, such as clean-ups of contaminated sites, redevelopment, historical exploration, etc. The text consists of 5 articles.
