Abstract
The present Guidelines implement the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) of 22 October 2007. In particular, the Guidelines lay down provisions relating to financial assistante for agriculture and forestry to promote a sustainable development in agriculture and forestry.The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Funding purpose, legal basis (1); Subject of funding (2); Beneficiary (3); Funding conditions (4); Type, extent and amount of funding (5); Other funding provisions (6); Procedural rules (7); Entry into force (8). Two Annexes are enclosed.
