Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Waste Avoidance, Recovery and Disposal Act of 27 September 1994 (BGBl. I, p. 2705). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the management of specialized waste management companies. The text consists of 31 Articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Requirements for organizations, equipment and activities of waste disposal facilities (2); Requirements for the holder and personnel of waste disposal facilities (3); Conclusion of a survey contract with a technical supervisory organization (4); Membership in a disposal joint-venture (5); Requirements for experts and inspection of experts (6); Requirement for inspection organs (7); Certfication procedures (8); Other common provisions (9). Three Annexes are enclosed.
