Abstract
The present Statute enacts the Act on the establishment of a Federal Institute for Agriculture and Food of 2 August 1994 (BGBl. I p. 2018, 2019). The text consists of 15 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Establishment and running of the Institute (I); Board of directors (II); Specialized advisory board (III); Economic management (IV).
