Abstract
The Ordinance contains information on the quality and labeling of fuels in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act.The Ordinance regulates the requirements for the quality of liquid fuels and combustibles and their labeling. The annexes to the Ordinance define various types of fuel and their labeling.The purpose of these labels is to make it easier for consumers to select the right fuel for their vehicle and to ensure clear identification. The text further contains a declaration by the manufacturer, blender or supplier on the properties of liquid fuels. The text consists of 22 Articles and 17 Annexes.
