Abstract
The present Act introduces some amendments to the Energy Industry Act. of 7 July 2005 (BGBl. P. 1970). In particular, the Act rewords, inter alia, article 12a on Tasks of transmission system operators, power to issues ordinances; article 13a on Decommissioning of generation facilities.
Moreover, the Act introduces some amendments to the Biofuel Sustainable Development Ordinance of 30 September 2009 (BGBl. I p. 3182) and the Biomass Electricity Sustainable Development Ordinance of 23 July 2009 (BGBl. I p. 2174).
