Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Chemicals Penalty Ordinance in its consolidated version of 27 October 2005 (BGBl. I p. 3111). In particular, the Ordinance adds articles 2b and 6a both concerning offences established by the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 842/2006 on certain greenhouse gases.
