Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Energy Industry Fees Ordinance (BGBl. p. 540). In particular, the Ordinance adds a paragraph to article 3 establishing that this Ordinance is applicable also to procedures having commenced before the entering into force of the relative Ordinance. Moreover, the Ordinance amends the Annex. The text consists of 2 articles.
