Third Ordinance amending the Ordinance implementing common fishery rights.

The above-mentioned Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance implementing common fishery rights within the EU of 17 January 1989 (BGBl. I p. 100).The amendments concern, inter alia, the addition of article 5 "Implementing additional rules on the catch of fish"; the said article lists cases of violations committed by a captain of a shipping vessel; article 7, on the Identification of fishing vessel and documents to be carried at board", is also added; the article contains a list of cases of violations. The Ordinance consists of 2 articles.
