The present Ordinance amends the Wine Ordinance of 27 August 1982 (BGBl. I p. 1196). The amendments concern article 46, paragraph 5, number 2, whereby the Ordinance (EWG) No. 3309/85 is replaced by Ordinance (EWG) No. 2333/92. The Ordinance consists of 2 articles and 4 Annexes.
