Thüringen Biosphere Reserve Ordinance „Vessertal-Thüringer Wald“.

The present Ordinance establishes the Biosphere Reserve „Vessertal-Thüringer Wald“. In particular, the purpose of the Reserve is - especially in the sub-areas - to harmonize in compliance with the aims of spatial planning the environmental, economic and social factors with a view to a sustainable regional development. The text consists of 11 articles as follows: Object of protection, delimitation and zoning (1); Purpose of protection (2); Requirements (3); Prohibitions (4); Exceptions (5); Exemption (6); Penalties (7); Compensation for usage limitation (8); Tasks of the Biosphere Reserve Management (9); Priority given to this Ordinance (10); Final provisions (11). Three Annexes are enclosed.
