Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Thüringen Environment Information Law of 10 October 2006. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to cost concerning the administration of environmental information. Articles 1 and 2 establish respectively fee-required services and fee-free services. The text consists of 3 articles.
