Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council 2006/87/EC laying down technical requirements for inland waterway vessels of 12 December 2012 and the Thüringen Water Law of 18 August 2009. Article 1 establishes that the present Ordinance regulates the authorization and operating of inland waterway vessels to transport persons and goods on inland waterways in Thüringen except on the federal waterways. The text consists of 13 Articles and has one attachment.
