Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Seeds Marketing Act of 20 August 1985. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to authorities responsible in Thuringen to enact the afore-mentioned Act. Article 1 establishes that the Thuringen Agriculture State Institute shall be the authority entrusted with this enforcement. The text consists of 3 articles.
