Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Mining Act of 13 August 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310) and the Mineral Deposit Act of 4 December 1934 (RGBI. I p. 1223). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competences and authorizations in the field of mining transferred to authorities in Thüringen. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Competences of authorities (1); Transfer of powers (2); Environment and Geology Office (3); Expert survey (4); Competences under the Mineral Deposit Act (5); Entry into force, repeal (6).
