Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Thüringen Waste Management and Contaminated Site Law of 31 July 1991.In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the disposal of small quantities of waste. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Participants (1); Collection (2); Deposit (3); Differentiated waste collection (4); Expert personnel (5); Entry into force (6).
