Thüringen Wine Implementation Ordinance.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Wine Act in its version of 16 May 2001 (BGBl. I p. 985). The text – consisting of 29 articles – deals with the following matters: delimitation of wine growing areas, re-planting of vine, classification of vine, production of quality wine, levying of taxes for the German Wine Fund, expert committee, restructuring, calculations for clearing of land, notification on oenological control proceedings, accompanying papers, denomination in the Wine Registry, labelling, simplified accounting, competence, penalties, violations and gender equalization.
