Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the disposal of used oil. Oils within the meaning of this Ordinance refers to the oils that arise as waste wholly or partially from mineral oil, synthetic or biogenic oil. The Ordinance provides for prohibition of mixing the waste oil with other waste disposal and requirements to appoint a collection point for combustion engines. The Ordinance applies to: 1) producers, owners, collectors and transporters of used oil; 2) operators of used oil disposal facilities; 3) public waste disposal facilities processing used oil; and 4) third parties and autonomous entities dealing with disposal of used oil. The text consists of 14 articles while articles 11-13 are deleted. The Ordinance divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Requirements for the delivery of combustion engine oil and gearbox oil (II); Final provisions (III). Three Annexes are enclosed as follow: Allocation of waste codes to a collective category (1); Sampling and testing of waste oil (2); Declaration on the disposal of used oils (3).
