Abstract
The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Waste Management Law in its version of 15 January 1997, the Waste Disposal Storage Ordinance of vom 20 February 2001 (BGBl. I p. 305), the Sewage Sludge Ordinance of 15 April 1992 (BGBl. I p. 912), the Waste Disposal Act of 19 July 2007 (BGBl. I p.1462). Article 1 establishes that for official acts in the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Laws and Ordinances fees shall be charged as laid out in the Annex. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
