Abstract
Article 1 of the present Ordinance establishes that a water protection area is established for the protection of the groundwater against harmful effects in the area of the Waterwork Spandau of the Berlin Water Resources Management. The protected area is subdivided into the protected area III B and III A, II and I. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the particular protection measures of those areas. The text consists of 14 articles.
