Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Lower Saxony Water Law in its version of 25 July 2007. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to measures for protected water areas. The text consists of 9 articles and 1 Annex listing the respective water protection areas in Lower Saxony.
