Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions dealing with plans and documents in water rights proceedings. Article1 establishes that plans have to contain clearly the impacht a project has on water resources in particular and on the environment in general. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Particular provisions (II); Final provisions (III).
