Water Transportation and Port Security Law (WVHaSiG M-V).

The present Law implements the Federal Waterways Act of 31. Juli 2009 (BGBl. I p. 2585). Article 2 establishes that the Ministry of Transport, Building and Land Development may transform waterways to navigable waterways.
