Abstract
This Act defines the rules necessary for the implementation of EU regulations on the organization of agricultural markets, on the schemes for agricultural products covered by the EC Treaty, on the information regarding agricultural income and business operations, and on the application of special conversion rates for the Common Agricultural Policy.
It consists of 6 Chapters (of which chapter 3 is repealed): Administration of market mechanisms (1); Administration of production duties (2); Common provisions (4); Penal provisions (5); Entry into force (6).
