Abstract
Through this Act, the Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries is authorized to define rules necessary for the use of EU regulations on the organization of agricultural markets, on the schemes for agricultural products covered by the EU Treaty, on the information regarding agricultural income and business operations, and on the application of special conversion rates for the Common Agricultural Policy.
It is composed of 6 Chapters (of which Chapter 3 is repealed): Administration (1); Administration of production taxes (2); Common provisions (4); Penal provisions (5); Entry into force (6).
