Abstract
The Act partly amends Act No. 633, in particular the payment structure for drainage contribution costs, and authorized statements and reports from special contributions for the treatment of specific polluted wastewater.

15 July 2013. Article 1, Nos. 1-3, 5 shall enter into force on 1 January 2014.
Notes
Wastewater utilities shall in 2013 determine the amount of differentiated regressive cubic meter tariffs which vary depending on water consumption, with effect from 1 January 2014. This determination is made in accordance with rules laid down under art. 1, No. 6 of the law related to the Danish water sector's organization and economic conditions.
