Abstract
This Act makes partical amendments to Acts no. 674 and No. 1074 - specifically with regard to the mandatory blending of biofuels into petrol and diesel sold for land transport, as well as the identification of areas for government procurement of land for the installation of wind turbines.

Directive 2003/30/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of biofuels or other renewable fuels for transport.
Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources and amending and subsequently repealing Directives 2001/77/EC and 2003/30/EC.
