Abstract
This Act amends parts of Act No. 1424 with regard to the recognition of professional qualifications, licenses and permits. The Act implements EU regulations:
Council Directive 89/391/EEC of 12 June 1989 (1), Council Directive 92/91/EEC of 3 November 1992 (2), Directive 2003/88/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 November 2003 (3), Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 September 2005 (4), and Directive 2007/30/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2007 (5).
