Abstract
The Act sets taxation rules for carbon dioxide-based energy production and applies to commercial suppliers. The Act sets prices and regulations on the taxation of certain carbon dioxide-based energy products by commercial energy suppliers. For specific periods, these companies shall be liable to payment of specific percentages of energy consumption.
