Abstract
This Act sets regulations concerning the holding, manufacturing, use, storage, trade or any other form of transfer of ownership, import, export, distribution, transport and disposal of animal pathogens which may be used for biological attacks on animals. This information shall be monitored by the Minister of Environment and Food of Denmark - who may issue sanctions necessary for the compliance with this Act and implemented by EU provisions and will be notified by digital communication.

This Act is the consolidated version of Act No. 465 of 12 June 2009.This Act does not apply to the Faroe Islands nor to Greenland. It may however enter into force for Greenland upon royal degree based on particular conditions.
