Abstract
Section 2 confirms the use of the "median line principle" for those marine areas where the costs opposite to the Danish coast lie with four hundred nautical miles and for which no agreement is in force. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall promulgate the delimitation of the exclusive economic zone. In the EEZ Denmark has the right to take measures for conservation and management of living resources, to explore and exploit marine resources, and to protect the marine environment, etc. (5 sections)
