Abstract
The Act sets regulations with regard to subsidy arrangements with the Danish Agricultural Mortgage Fund with the purpose of granting loans to young farmers. The Minister of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries shall set criteria for eligible farmers.
The Act consists of 6 Chapters: Lender (1); Loans (2); State guarantee (3); Grants for loan (4); Administration and penalties (5); Entry into force and transitional provisions (6).
