Abstract
This Act amends the concerning experiments and testing involving animals in relation with the exemption granted by the Animal Experiment Agency to set laboratory animals free. This may be done: (a) if the health condition of the animals allows doing so; (b) if the well-being of the animals is not endangered; (c) if the setting free of the animals does not constitute a danger to public health or the environment.
