Abstract
The present Act lays down rules prohibition discrimination in the labor market. "Discriminaron" is understood as any direct or indirect discrimination based on race, skin color, religion or belief, political views, sexual orientation, age, disability, or national, social, or ethnic origin.
The Act contains the following chapters: 1. Scope of application; 2. Prohibition of discrimination; 3. Exceptions; 4. Compensation, evidence assessment, etc.; 5. Entry into force and relationship to other legislation, etc.
Annex 1 - Council Directive 2000/78/EC of 27 November 2000 establishing a general framework for equal treatment in employment and occupation.
