Abstract
This Act prescribes that the Minister of Agriculture may issue rules relative to the keeping of records by owners of occupiers of agricultural enterprises regarding the use of plant protection substances, as defined. The Act concerns also control over the supply of and use of such substances and prescribes offences and penalties.
