Abstract
This Act grants regulation-making powers to the Minister of Public Health for purposes of implementation of legislation of the European Community and the issuing of legal documents relating to food. The rules shall be based on section 11 of the Food Act of 1973. Provisions of the Act (Chapters 5, 7, 9 and 10) shall be applicable for purposes of administration and control in relation with EC legislation.
